Choose your vehicle

Need to update or reinstall your adapter’s software? Download the .bin file for your vehicle below. These versions are optimised for UK chargers.

Before you download: check your vehicle model and year, then select the matching firmware.

02 / Installation guide

Update your PlugFlex adapter

You’ll need your computer, an empty USB stick, the supplied USB splitter and a power cable.

  1. Prepare your USB stickPlug it into your computer and copy the downloaded .bin file onto it. The stick should be empty before you copy the file. Keep the filename exactly as downloaded.
  2. Safely eject the USB stickUse your computer’s eject option before removing it.
  3. Connect the splitter to your adapterPlug the single USB-C end of the supplied splitter into the adapter’s USB-C port.
  4. Insert the USB stickPlug it into the splitter’s USB-A port.
  5. Connect the power cableConnect the power cable from your computer to the splitter.
  6. Wait for the updateThe USB stick’s LED should flash for around 10 seconds, then switch off. Wait until it switches off before disconnecting.
  7. Disconnect the splitterOnce the USB stick’s LED has switched off, unplug the splitter from your adapter. The firmware update is now complete.
